Rosebud Multimedia is seeking a Digital Coordinator to support our sales team with our digital solutions including SEM and SEO, Website development, digital display advertising and other marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will be familiar with digital advertising, design, social media and implementation. College level class work in digital media preferred, but not required.

Knowledge and Ability: Familiarity with digital advertising, design, social media and implementation. * Business English, grammar, spelling, arithmetic and general office procedures * Proper phone etiquette in a business environment * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel * Type a minimum of 55+ w.p.m. * Ability to organize and effectively assemble materials from varied sources, and to coordinate work with other departments * Meet deadlines and relate positively under pressure and with multiple interruptions.

Job Summary and Primary Functions: Assist with account profiles, updates, planning and ad scheduling * Account research * Respond to advertiser inquiries * Assist internal and external customers with courtesy and professionalism. * Prepare advertising schedules and presentations * Log client interaction * Keep team area organized * All team administrative duties including but not limited to: filing; order processing; proofreading; ad copy layout; ad production; confirming ad proof receipt with clients; Website Review Report requests; spec ad requests * Backup for other coordinators * Other duties as assigned.

In 1970, Ottaway merged with Dow Jones and now, as DJLMG, operates print and online community media franchises in seven states including daily, Sunday and weekly newspapers, Internet sites, magazines and other news and advertising niche publications.

At the corporate headquarters in Campbell Hall, NY, executives and specialists in finance, sales and marketing provide assistance to all locations for print and online operations.
