Office Assistant/Part-Time Receptionist - TC Chevy TC Chevrolet, family owned and operated since 1990, offers a supportive and respectful work environment, with the opportunity for growth within the company. It is the responsibility of the receptionist to provide professional, courteous, and effective customer service. This individual answers and routes calls, greets customers, and assists the management team as needed. Responsibilities: • Answering phones, including follow-up calls and building customer relations. • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. • Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person. • Must be able to work well independently/self-motivated. • Must be a quick learner and detail oriented individual. • Must have a general knowledge of office work as you will be assisting office staff. • Other duties as assigned. Preferences: • Prior experience in customer service related field is a plus, but not required. • Must have strong people skills. What to Expect: This position starts at a wage of $10.25/hr. Opportunity for advancement is available for the right individual as we prefer to promote from within. This is a part-time position Monday-Friday (25-30 hrs./wk). Requirements: • Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. • A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment. • Clear pre-employment drug screen.
